Race Bearings

Is this a good longboard and what kind of wheels, bearings, and trucks should I get?

I am a beginner skateboarder but am planning on getting a longboard instead. I want to get the sector 9 cosmic sun. It's 8.25 in x 34 in. I'm trying to spend the least amount of money possible. So i wanted to get the skates on haight abec 5 bearings, sector 9 race formula
76mm/78a wheels, and I'm choosing between the independent stage 10 149 trucks and independent stage 10 129 trucks. please tell me if this is good or not and which trucks to get =) thanks =)
o and Im also looking at the cosmic 1 sections complete. (oh and the cosmic sun is also complete)

sector 9 generally puts together decent completes, with fairly good components. if you are going for cheaper, it's almost easier to buy it complete. As far as beginning boards, the waimea (bamboo series) is a really good board to start out on, i recommend it. i really love the feeling of the bamboo boards.
