Master Engine
renault master fuel pump just fitted recon engine came with pump are these pumps coded?
i have good presure to injectors timing is spot on just will not start only with easy start
good pressure to injectors no air in system only starts with easy start if any one could help please
It sounds like the cold start relay isn't working.These aren't cheap as they're (I think) only available from Renault but you could always ask your local factors or maybe try a breakers.
I'm fairly certain the pumps aren't coded.The best way to check is to visit a Renault dealership as even a car dealer should be able to advise you.I'm sure the larger Renault diesel cars,like the Espace,use the same pumps anyway it's just the looms that differ.
By the way,if you've been using easy start,i'd replace the air filter because it clogs it up.
