Bracket Set

how to add years to a bracketed set in excel? please see details?

i have a huge database to analyse and i need to do it the shortest way possible so shortcuts are really welcome.
the first year is 1960-1961, this is followed by 1961-1962…

is there a shortcut to do the above?
